- Selecting the right agent: We will discuss the responsibilities of selecting the right agent to help make this an exciting experience.
- Buyer Agency: I will explain the benefits of signing a Buyer Agency contract and what your rights are once you do.
- Wish vs. Fact List: I will help you decide what features in a home are Needed and what features you Wish for but, are not absolutely necessary.
- Costs to be Aware of: We will go over all the hidden costs that are involved in buying a home.
- Cost Estimate: I will provide you with a form that will help you determine what your total costs will be after you factor in all the hidden costs.
- Understanding Financing: We will discuss all the financing options ie. Conventional mortgage vs. a high ratio mortgage, and the importance of getting Pre Approved.
- Making an Offer: We will go through the offer form and the process of putting in an offer before signing any documents.
- Conditions: Many offers will be conditional on financing and inspection, I will help you to execute these conditions as thoroughly and efficiently as possible.
- Moving Day: I will provide you will a list of numbers and tasks you will need to prepare for moving day.
- List of Professionals: I will provide a list of Home Inspectors, Lawyers and Mortgage Specialist if you don?t already have one.
