5. Cost Estimate: I will provide you with a form that will help you determine what your total costs will be after you factor in all the hidden costs.
   
   
6. Understanding Financing: We will discuss all the financing options ie. Conventional and the importance of getting Pre Approved.
   
   
7. Making an Offer: We will go through the offer form and the process of putting in an offer before signing any documents.
   
   
8. Conditions: Many offers will be conditional on financing and inspection, I will help you to execute these conditions as thoroughly and efficiently as possible.
   
   
9. Moving Day: I will provide you will a list of numbers and tasks you will need to prepare for moving day.
   
   
10. List of Professionals: I will provide a list of Home Inspectors, Lawyers and Mortgage Specialist if you don't already have one.
